Rough and Tough Embroidery was founded in 2008 as part of a Roy High School competition.   Students of Roy High School entered a Entrepreneurship Contest where they proposed to buy the embroidery machines and do machine embroidery for local businesses.  This entreprenuer program became part of the curriculum. 

Beginning January, 2010, Rough and Tough Embroidery will be sold to a local resident.  The school’s intention is for this business to help promote the local economy.
